On Chinese New Year, for the past two years, my step father has us over and fixes us a nice Chinese dinner. He is really good at it. So good infact that when his friends hear he is cooking, they come over. So this year was actually the year of the dragon, but the kids really like penguins, so my mom told them it was the year of the penguin.
She dyed containers of water blue & froze them
.The kids then made ice sculptures. Then Noah ran and got his penguins, and cars and played on the ice.
It was fun for all :)
